Tony has worked in the healthcare and service industries for more than 20 years. Serving people and meeting their needs comes naturally to Tony.  He has previously been the Director of Marketing for a hospice and home health agency, where he was instrumental in growing a small agency to become one of the largest, most well-respected and well-known hospice and home health agencies in the Treasure Valley.

Tony received his degree in Psychology from Northwest Nazarene University in 1999. Through this experience as the Director of Marketing, he has gained extensive knowledge about what is needed in providing quality hospice care to patients and their families.  Despite his previous successes, Tony was missing the more personal touch that can be found in a smaller hospice environment. 

Tony missed being out in the community, building relationships, and advocating for exceptional care at the end-of-life.  Because of this desire to get back to the grass roots of a hospice agency, Tony became part owner of A Better Way Home, LLC in July 2011. He is excited to be a part of such a close-knit, wonderful team, and to be in an industry that truly knows how to bring grace and dignity to those they serve.  He loves educating individuals on the benefits of Hospice care, and he looks forward to bringing this message to the community.
