Diane Mazzeo has been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2003. For the past seven years, she has worked in a variety of settings and has gained valuable experience in providing various kinds of patient care. From 2003 to 2008, Diane worked for a rehabilitation center where she had the pleasure of working with a wide range of people needing care at many different levels. In 2006 she worked in a Memory Care Unit and gained a great deal of experience working with dementia patients, which prepared her for a successful career in hospice. In 2008, Diane started her journey with hospice, which she is pleased to continue at A Better Way Home Boise Hospice & Palliative Care located in Boise, Idaho. She has always enjoyed her work in past settings, but feels like hospice is where she is meant to be. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients both in care facilities, as well as in their homes, and she has found tremendous pleasure and satisfaction in both settings.
